Job Description

General responsibilities of the position include:



1. Work within the guidelines from "Safer Food Better Business" workbook

2. Observance of Health & Safety requirements

3. Carry out duties as instructed by COOK

4. Complete relevant training requirements.

Day to Day Duties

Check on equipment and record relevant information such as fridge temperatures.

Assist with preparing food and clearing up after each meal service.

Complete with daily/weekly cleaning schedule. and records.

Assist with checking in of stock.

Ensure correct labelling.

Undertake cook role as per qualification and experience. Cook job description and duties will apply.

Please note that this will be subject to continuing review and development

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
