Job Description

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

To assist with preparation, cooking and the service of food, breakfast and lunch times.

HACCP completion daily

Cleaning schedule daily

Control and reduction over waste

Adhere to all health, safety and food policies, practices and procedures.

Ensuring health, safety, hygiene and cleanliness of the working environment

Maintain kitchen and dining areas, equipment and the operating environment remains clean at all times, clean as you go

Motivated and organised

Cover for holidays

Qualifications and skills required, backed up with certificates:-

To assist with preparation, cooking and the service of food, breakfast and lunch times.

City and Guilds 706 1&2 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Catering equivalent.

Level 2 in Food safety and hygiene

Skills and awareness for health and safety

Food allergy awareness

Natasha's law awareness

Basic financial understanding and commercial awareness

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Hours of Work



Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 14.00 and Friday 07:00 - 13.00 inclusive 34 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
