Kitchen assistant- mainly day shifts between 8am-4.30pm ( would include weekends and occasional holiday cover for night shift when required , night shift is 8pm-3.30am)

Our client is one of the largest online retailers in the world and has multiple sites across the UK. You will be based on a site that operates 24 hours a day and could feed anywhere up to 1500 people in a day. Our associate customers are very hardworking and have great appetites, they love hearty British foods, spicy curries and being from all over the world, their own regional specialties.



WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:

Being a Kitchen Porter is about being perfectly placed to see how one of our kitchens operates. It means being able to work in all areas of the kitchen, helping chefs, building your knowledge and playing an important role in the smooth running of the operation.

• Helping with deliveries
• Taking responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and restaurant
• Learning simple food preparation skills.
• Assisting with customer queries

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Experience isn\'t necessary, what\'s more important is that you are:

• Friendly and helpful
• Keen to get involved within the kitchen
