We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to work alongside our kitchen team 3-5 days a week (6am start). Predominantly weekend work. Experience cooking in a busy, fast paced environment is essential. Level 2 in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene is desirable, however in house training will be given. Competitive rate of pay based on experience.
Job Role to include:
Cooking foods to a high standard and timely
Responsible for completion of Food Safety/Hygiene paperwork
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Complying with all food legislation rules and regulations
General cleaning duties end of shift
Responsible for orders/supplies
Good time keeping
Prioritising a high volume of order tickets
Flexible working to the needs of the business
Seasonal contract Mid Feb to Mid November
Part-time with potential full time hours in school holidays
