Responsibilities:

- Fresh veg prep
- Help chef with plating up and basic food prep
- Uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing food preparation areas diligently.
- Work with the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations during peak service periods.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen setting is essential.
- Proficiency in basic culinary methods and familiarity with kitchen tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety principles and regulations is a valuable asset.
- Ability to function effectively within a team environment and follow directions from senior kitchen staff members.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules as necessary.
