Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency.
Prepare and cook authentic Kerala dishes according to traditional recipes.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure exceptional presentation of all dishes served.
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in South Indian cuisine.
Strong kitchen experience with a passion for culinary arts.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
