Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Provide excellent service when serving meals to customers Provide a friendly face when taking orders on the cash register

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably within a restaurant/Cafe setting Adequate skills with an eye for detail in meal presentation Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Previous kitchen or culinary experience is highly desirable Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
