Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently and presented attractively Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Support the team during busy service periods, including serving customers when required Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is advantageous Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting will be considered an asset Skills in meal preparation, culinary techniques, and serving are beneficial for success in this role A genuine interest in developing culinary skills and understanding of food safety protocols is essential
