We're a small, family-run business known for our smoked, home-cooked style food. We're looking for an assistant who has some kitchen experience and a real passion for food.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to

What the job role involves

:

Assisting with preparations learning the different sections around the kitchen. working as part of a team to bring together meals for service learning hygiene protocols around the kitchen (training is provided with online courses with certificates)

Key Job details:

- We are only open Wednesday to Sunday (being available for weekend work is essential)

- We offer paid breaks if entitled. Free food is given after probation period on breaks.

- Discounted food for friends and family with you present.

- We are closed over Christmas and new years so more time spent with family over special periods.

- We do Christmas work celebrations

- We also have an American food truck so we offer chances to step out the kitchen to compete at events over London. example- wingfest, wing jam, fume festival.
