Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
Assist in menu planning and development to ensure variety and nutritional balance.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes.
Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs of guests.
Utilize fine dining techniques to enhance presentation and service quality.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and equipment maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service during meal service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Participate in catering events, preparing meals for larger groups as needed.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the culinary field, including dietary aide or kitchen experience.
