Duties

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients Cook dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Support meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders Serve meals to customers in a courteous and professional manner Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Help with stock rotation and inventory checks to minimise waste Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings if required
