Super Natural is Newcastle's oldest vegetarian restaurant, celebrating 50 years next year.

We are seeking an idividual with proven experience who can work as part of a team or on their ow during quieter periods. Relevant qualifications required.

The role covers all areas of kitcen work

We are a small, family run business with a passion for customer service, based on Grainger Street Newcastle City Centre.

The position is full time with an immediate start

Duties

Cooking and preparation of meals, sandwiches and lte bites Help with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Organise and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Ensure that all food items are stored correctly to prevent spoilage. Cleaning / dishwashing

Qualifications

Previous experience is required and enthusiasm for cooking is key. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for food and a willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field.
