We are an independent brunch and speciality coffee shop based in the centre of York. We use fresh, local ingredients to create our brunch dishes along with a huge array of cakes and bakes. This is paired with some beautifully crafted coffees from Dark Arts coffee, roasted in London. Our staff are friendly and always provide great service no matter how busy it gets!

Job description

We pride ourselves in a friendly, efficient service and always greet our guests with a smile! We are looking for a bright and bubbly person to join our team working front and back of house. We are a fast paced environment so if you like to be busy this job in for you!

On a usual shift you will be greeting and seating customers, managing the often long queue, taking food orders, making hot drinks and helping in all aspects of the day.

Work in the kitchen will also be required including food preparation, cleaning and pot washing.

You will need to be friendly, organised and hard working. A passion and interest in cooking , food and coffee would be advantageous.

We offer free hot drinks and a meal on shift too!

We would consider full or part time roles as long as you have availability over the summer months.

Full training will be provided.
