Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, supporting the culinary team, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with food preparation under the guidance of chefs or cooks
- Dispose of waste following proper procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform when supplies are low
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary, hotel, or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn and help others in the kitchen
