We're looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic Part-Time Kitchen Assistant/ Kitchen Porter to join our growing kitchen team!
If you enjoy being hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are keen to learn and develop into a chef, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is a mix of food preparation and kitchen porter duties, giving you the chance to build real kitchen experience while supporting our chefs and learning the basics of cooking, organisation, and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Assisting with basic food preparation under the guidance of the chef team.
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised during and after service.
Washing dishes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high hygiene standards.
Helping with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation.
Supporting the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
Requirements
Experience is not essential
-- full training will be provided.
Due to the location - Own transport is essential.
A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and become part of the kitchen operation.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend availability (essential).
