Kitchen Porter

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef or cook.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware.
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed.
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning banquet or catering events.

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hotel, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
