Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join us at The Mews in Wetherby. This is a dual-role position, requiring kitchen work on Mondays and Tuesdays and bar work for the remainder of the week. The successful candidate must have prior kitchen experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Duties (Mondays & Tuesdays):

Preparing and cooking food to a high standard Following food hygiene and safety procedures Assisting with kitchen prep and cleaning duties Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bar Duties (Rest of the Week):

Serving drinks and food with a friendly, professional manner Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area Handling cash and card transactions accurately Supporting the front-of-house team during busy periods
Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is essential Experience working behind a bar is desirable but not essential--training can be provided Strong communication and teamwork skills A flexible and positive attitude Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays in the kitchen
