Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Manage food production processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Implement cost control measures to manage food costs while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety regulations.
