Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchens that meet clients' needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for interior design and spatial planning.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for kitchen projects Create detailed 3D visualisations and technical drawings using specialised design software Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments Source suitable materials, fixtures, and appliances in line with the project specifications Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution Keep abreast of current trends in kitchen design, materials, and technology to offer innovative solutions Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget limitations Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication throughout the design process

Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen or interior design is highly desirable Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programmes Strong visualisation skills with an eye for colour schemes, textures, and spatial arrangements Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of current trends in kitchen design and building regulations is advantageous Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
