Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces, while also demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients. This role requires proficiency in design software and the ability to upsell products that enhance the overall kitchen experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the kitchen design process from start to finish.
Provide a range of kitchen design solutions and creative ideas to drive the department forward.
Work with the External Sales Team and developers to ensure you understand the developers / clients' exact needs, in terms of design specifications, budgets and timescales.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes on all materials required for the kitchen to be built.
Provide associated quotes for each proposed design to the client.
Ensure the client's budget is met or exceeded at all times.
Check your final design to ensure it meets the clients' exact specifications and measurements before it is sent for order.
Ensure designs are sent out on time.
Assist with order processing.
Attend meetings with developers as and when required.
Any other reasonable duties that may be required of the role.
Experience
A Qualification or work experience in a design related discipline.
Some experience or a demonstrated interest in kitchen/interior design.
Ongoing interest in design and desire to keep up with new interior/design trends.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone and via email
Excellent time management skills
Experience of Compusoft Winner Design programme
Experience of using CAD
Kitchen Design Experience: 1-3+ Years
Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, 35 hours per week
1 hours lunch
100% Office based

Pay: 24,500.00-26,500.00 per year
