Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Kitchen Designer/ sales consultant
to join our showroom team. This is a customer-facing role combining design, sales, and project coordination in Kitchen & interior spaces.
You will manage clients from initial enquiry through to final design and sale, delivering a high standard of service and design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Design and present customer plans, mood boards, and quotations
Use CAD software (Winner ) to create accurate designs
Generate and follow up new business leads and quotations
Guide customers through the full design and buying process
Build strong customer relationships and manage client expectations
Close sales and achieve agreed targets
Maintain high showroom presentation standards
Carry out general showroom administration and follow-ups
Support social media activity with engaging content (desirable)
Ability to carry out site surveys would be seen as highly advantageous.
Knowledge of bathrooms and bedrooms would be seen as highly advantageous (See our other job listing)
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 4 years' experience in a Kitchen showroom environment.
Strong product knowledge of bathrooms.
Good understanding of plumbing processes and industry standards
Experience using winner.
Adobe design skills advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Reliable, customer-focused, and professional
Strong sales ability with a consultative approach
Working Hours
Full-time, 5 days per week on a rota basis (including every other weekend):
26,000 - 35,000 per annum (DOE)
