Due to continued growth and success, we're looking for a
Part-Time Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant
to provide an exceptional customer experience and help drive sales.
THE ROLE
As a
Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant
, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
Showcase our range of products, including kitchen doors, worktops, handles, and appliances.
Schedule home/site visits for measurements and consultations.
Handle phone, email, and online inquiries, providing prompt and friendly responses.
Assist customers in choosing colours, styles, and designs to suit their needs.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized showroom environment.
Carry out general administrative tasks such as ordering, filing, and managing correspondence.
Open and close the showroom as a keyholder.
Work collaboratively as part of a small team, assisting in various departments when needed.
Working hours:
12 hours per week, including alternating Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00-13:00
One Saturday per month 10:00-14:00
Holiday cover when required, will require one or two weeks of full time hours per year
THE PERSON
We're looking for someone who:
Has customer service or sales experience, ideally in a showroom or retail setting.
Is confident, approachable, and skilled at converting inquiries into leads.
Has an interest in home improvements and design trends.
Can work independently, often managing the showroom solo.
Is comfortable using IT tools such as email, Word, Excel, and CRM systems (training provided).
Thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys supporting different aspects of the business.
Lives within a commutable distance to the Nuneaton (CV11) branch.
Please note:
Availability to work alternating Saturdays is essential.
THE PACKAGE
Pay:
Up to 14 per hour (depending on experience).
