As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Designer to join our expanding team. It's a great opportunity to be part of a creative, close-knit business where great design, strong client relationships and attention to detail are at the core of what we do.
About the Role
You'll guide clients through every stage of their kitchen journey -- from the first consultation to final installation -- creating inspiring designs and ensuring every detail is beautifully delivered. You'll be responsible for handling order processing and managing project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and sell bespoke kitchens that exceed client expectations.
Carry out home visits to measure spaces, understand client requirements and offer expert advice.
Present creative, practical design concepts using CAD software.
Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
Liaise with installation teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Build lasting relationships with clients, turning leads into loyal advocates.
Contribute ideas and support for showroom events, marketing initiatives and design development
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, ideally in a premium or bespoke setting.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and creative flair.
Commercially minded, with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in Compusoft Winner Flex (training can be provided).
Proficient in SketchUp or simular (training can be provided).
Full UK driving licence (home visits are an essential part of the role).
