Job Summary


We are seeking a talented and driven Kitchen Designer to join our team. This role blends creative design, proactive sales, and accurate order processing to deliver a seamless customer experience from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to design exceptional bespoke kitchens, using CAD software to produce precise layouts and visualisations. Strong communication and organisation skills are key to ensuring projects proceed smoothly through each stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome, consult, and guide customers through the full sales process, developing strong client relationships. Understand client needs, lifestyle, and budget to produce creative and functional kitchen designs. Produce accurate CAD drawings, mood boards, and detailed project specifications. Prepare quotations, pricing documentation, and product selections. Manage order processing, ensuring all products, appliances, and components are correct and delivered on schedule. Liaise with suppliers, workshop teams, and installers to ensure design intent is followed. Track project progress and maintain regular communication with clients from first meeting to final sign-off. Maintain showroom displays and ensure a high standard of product knowledge. Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in kitchen design or a similar role (bespoke or premium design experience desirable). Proficiency using CAD software (e.g., Winner, Fusion 360, AutoKitchen, or similar). Strong sales skills with confidence in presenting and closing deals. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Knowledge of kitchen products, cabinetry manufacturing, appliances, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
