Job Overview

Due to further growth and expansion, QA Kitchens & Bathrooms are seeking a creative and detail-orientated Kitchen Designer to join the team at our new Craven Arms showroom. As an experienced Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for transforming clients' visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces. Your expertise in design software and sales as well as your ability to upsell products will be key to your success in this role.

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, including Saturdays. When Saturday is worked,, you will receive a day off during the week in lieu.

Must be flexible with clients needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen design. Create detailed kitchen layouts using CAD and other KBB industry software. Present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs. Upsell kitchen products and accessories that enhance the overall design. Maintain an organised project schedule, ensuring timely completion of designs. Communicate effectively with suppliers and contractors throughout the design process. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns promptly. Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design and materials.

Requirements

Proficiency in CAD software is essential for creating accurate designs. KBB industry experience is essential. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are preferred. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Previous experience in kitchen design or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design are essential.
OTE 41,500 per annum based on basic salary of 23,500pa with 3% commission.
