Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Kitchen Fitter to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for kitchen fitting and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Accurately measure and plan kitchen installations to ensure optimal use of space and resources.

Install a wide range of kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances according to the provided specifications and design plans.

Conduct modifications to existing structures as required, including cutting, shaping, and fitting materials to achieve desired outcomes.

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure that the project specifications are met and to resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Ensure all installations are completed within the agreed timeframe and to the highest standard of quality.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and in a timely manner.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and materials.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience as a Kitchen Fitter or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects.

Your Own Tools

Your own van, big enough to transport a 3m length

A valid driver's license

A valid public liability insurance (min 1,000,000)

A strong understanding of kitchen design principles and experience working with a variety of materials and tools.

Excellent technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.

Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Basic kitchen skills would be an advantage.

As part of the work, we will also require, prior to the job, for you to pick up the products from a certain location and transport them to the job in question so a van that can carry 3m lengths is essential.
