We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team in the role of Kitchen Hand/Cook. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards. Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations. Support the team during busy service periods, including serving meals when required. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment. Contribute to menu development ideas and assist with special event catering as needed. Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly to guests.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety standards is advantageous. Experience in meal preparation, culinary techniques, or hospitality roles will be highly regarded. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, good organisational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential qualities for success in this role.
