: Chef (Breakfast & Lunch)
We are seeking an experienced kitchen hand to join our team, responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen, able to work efficiently under pressure, and maintain exceptional food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes according to menu specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.
Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage prep and cooking schedules effectively.
Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work efficiently during busy peak times, particularly on weekends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook, with specific experience in breakfast and lunch preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during weekend rushes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of food safety practices.
Passion for cooking and creating delicious, visually appealing dishes.
Batch cooking bacon, sausage, veg etc as well as poaching eggs
