Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chicken chefs (Fried and Grilled) and Ordering staff to join our flock.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in food preparation and meal preparation or experience in taking and handling orders within a restaurant, kitchen or takeaway environment. You will play a vital role in delivering high standards whilst adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and service area.

Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in the planning of menus and the selection of ingredients. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management. Be organised with excellent communication skills between customers and kitchen, whilst managing face-to-face customer orders and those via online ordering platforms.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals or customer service that delights customers.
