We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your experience in the kitchen will contribute to creating delightful dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on culinary trends.
Serve meals to guests with attention to presentation and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, demonstrating safe handling practices.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Previous experience in a Kitchen/Restaurant setting is essential.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy environment.

The ability to work under pressure, serving meals to set specifications.
Must be able to work weekend, late evenings and Bank Holidays.
