Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards Support cooking processes, ensuring dishes are prepared efficiently and to high quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage organisation Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment Serve meals to customers or staff in a courteous and professional manner Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends or evenings if necessary Passion for culinary arts and a willingness to develop professional expertise
