Duties
Prepping and cooking our menu (with room for your own ideas)
Keeping the kitchen clean to a high standard, safe, and organised
Working with front-of-house to keep service smooth
Helping out with events and specials when needed
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and meal preparation methods.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
