Overview

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Management Trainee with a clear pathway to promotion as Restaurant Supervisor. This role supports and gradually leads daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and food presentation. You will support customer service teams to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining experience and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently each day. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works well in a team, can identify and solve problems effectively, and is innovative, highly organised, and demonstrates strong leadership potential for long term career growth.
This position is ideal for candidates with little or no prior experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as systematic and comprehensive training will be provided throughout the program.

Duties

Assist in daily food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained Support the management team in supervising restaurant operations during shifts Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent hospitality experience Participate in training programmes focused on management skills, food safety, and customer service excellence Help oversee stock levels, organise supplies, and assist with inventory management Support the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences by supervising staff and ensuring smooth workflow Gain practical experience in supervising staff, managing customer relations, and executing operational tasks

Requirements

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues A proactive approach to learning new skills and taking on responsibilities within a fast-paced environment
