Job Description

Oh My Dog! is currently offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a kitchen manager in at our Seven Dials Market site in the heart of London. We are looking for someone who has plenty of experience and can nurture the huge potential we know is there and help us push on to the next level.

As our kitchen manager you will work closely with the senior management team and managers at our other sites. You will be a driving force behind our unique site with responsibility for the day to day operations as well as cooking. You'll make sure that all business objectives are met efficiently and effectively, setting and achieving commercial targets, as well as growing and developing the sites and service to the full potential through performance management.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience of multisite management Previous proven kitchen experience and management Great organisational skills Great eye for detail and strong customer service skills Managed teams of 5-10 in a hospitality environment Previous experience in a similar fast paced, high-quality food concept Strong people management skills
