WHAT WE'D EXPECT FROM YOU;

In our Kitchen Manager we want energy that drives the business forward in a way that requires you to be a real natural leader with a passion for food and hospitality. You will oversee the kitchen operation both leading the team and preparing dishes yourself. High standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a must.

Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared and served in line with company standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness Uphold all compliance with food healthy and safety standards Weekly stock takes, placing orders, receiving deliveries Ordering kitchen materials and ingredients based on the menu and demand Maintain cooking equipment
Overseeing the training of employees to ensure the safe operation of kitchen equipment and utensils
