We are looking for an experienced and creative kitchen manager to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to take full control of our kitchen operations, design seasonal menus, and ensure the highest quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu development, and stock control
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Ensure food quality and consistency, maintaining high standards of presentation
Manage food costs and maintain profitability
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are met
Work closely with suppliers to source the best ingredients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes
Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
