to take charge of our kitchen operations, lead an energetic team, and make sure every dish that leaves the pass is nothing short of perfection.

About the Role



As our

Kitchen Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind our kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in every service. You'll inspire your team, manage daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

You'll work closely with our General Manager to manage costs, support creative menu execution, and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest, whether dining in or ordering through Deliveroo.

You'll have all the tools and support needed to bring our thoughtfully crafted menu to life and empower your team to deliver consistently outstanding food and service, every single time.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to achieve excellence in food preparation and service. Maintain the highest standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation. Manage daily kitchen operations from prep and service to closing procedures. Oversee ordering, inventory, and waste management to control costs and reduce waste. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and HACCP regulations. Monitor temperature logs, allergen controls, and food labeling systems. Conduct regular kitchen audits and maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards. Support Deliveroo operations, ensuring packaging, timing, and food quality meet in-house standards. Collaborate with management to meet financial targets and improve operational efficiency. Train and mentor staff to build a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 2 years' experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role. Confident in running all sections of the kitchen with speed and precision. Strong understanding of food safety, health regulations, and HACCP procedures. Excellent stock control, ordering, and waste management skills. Calm and organized under pressure, even during peak service times. Positive attitude, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style. Open to feedback and passionate about continuous improvement. Familiarity with Deliveroo or similar delivery platforms is a plus.
