We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver unforgettable brunch experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while adhering to food safety regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and proper equipment usage. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar supervisory position within the restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a diverse team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
