Peveril Stores & Bakery offer a friendly social customer experience which is inspired by the Peak District. This is a great opportunity to work for a venue located in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

As a Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for:

Supporting the Manager with stock ordering Preparing fresh sandwiches in accordance with our quality standards Serving customers Managing the Kitchen team Maintaining a clean and orderly service environment Adhere strictly to health & safety and food hygiene procedures Upholding and promoting our brand values

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience in a similar role Have an understanding of Environmental Health paperwork Have worked in a sandwich shop, cafe or kitchen environment Be able to work with little supervision Maintain a high level of cleanliness Must consider transport in and out of Castleton Be eager and want to take a step forward with their career Ideally hold a Level 2 in food hygiene qualification
