Job Description
Alchemy is partnering with a Freight Forwarder in Dover seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their team based in Dover.
The main responsibility will be to oversee a day-to-day kitchen operation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationship with the team
- Ensure all cleaning and health and safety procedures are followed
- Ensure continuous improvement on food production
- Verify all the delivers
- Ensure the FIFO (first in first out) standards are followed
- Cover staff when absent
- Inventory & Stock management
- Create and update menu
- Previous experience as a chef
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to create new food concept
- Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
