Kitchen Manager
to lead and inspire our talented kitchen team.
What You'll Do:
Lead the Kitchen Team:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served to our guests.
Menu Planning & Innovation:
Work closely with the Operations Manager and to develop and refine our menu, introducing new dishes and seasonal specials.
Stock Control & Ordering:
Manage stock levels and food orders, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently without wastage.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Staff Development:
Train, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
Leadership Skills:
A natural leader with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Passion for Quality:
A strong passion for food, with a focus on high standards and customer satisfaction.
Organisational Skills:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Health & Safety Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
Flexibility:
Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
