Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Kitchen Manager

to oversee daily operations within our vibrant culinary environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food quality, and extensive experience in restaurant and kitchen management. This role involves coordinating food production, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Kitchen Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment while fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Duties



Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, ensuring variety and quality Monitor inventory levels and control waste to optimise operational efficiency Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring timely food delivery and addressing any issues promptly Implement health and safety policies to create a safe working environment for all staff Lead by example in culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and professional conduct
