13.20 per hour

Up to 37.5 hours (rotating schedule between 9am-9pm), including paid breaks

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our Cook team. This role is ideal for someone with solid kitchen, breakfast experience and a passion for cooking from scratch. As the second in command, you will support our Head Chef.

Duties:

Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients, ensuring all food standards are met. Prepare a variety of nutritious meals following our established menu. Support the team in daily kitchen operations. Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring all necessary ingredients are stocked for meal preparation. Collaborate with the catering team to develop menu ideas and improve service efficiency.

Skills and Qualification:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment. Skilled in cooking a wide range of dishes from scratch. Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We also welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices and meal preparation techniques is preferred. A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks is essential.

Timing & Location:

Our shift patterns run from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm,

Business timings are Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm & Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

Pay: 13.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
