We're expanding our team and looking for talented Kitchen Managers to lead kitchens across our busy Central London pubs. In this role, you'll:
Manage and inspire kitchen staff across multiple shifts
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure top-quality standards
Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and compliance
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
Help develop menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimise waste to control costs
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing a kitchen in a pub or casual dining environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent culinary skills with a focus on pub-style food
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Experience in stock control, ordering, and cost management
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
