We're now looking for a

Kitchen Manager

to lead daily operations across both brands based at Lockmeadow.

The Role

This is a

hands-on position

-- you'll be a working member of the team, leading by example on every shift. You'll be responsible for:

Running day-to-day kitchen operations for both brands Leading, training, and motivating the team to deliver consistent quality Managing prep schedules, service flow, and ticket times Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Supporting menu execution, stock control, and ordering Working closely with senior management on staffing, costs, and performance

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence (non-negotiable)

Evening and weekend availability, at least two weekend days - either Friday or Sundays along with Saturday (non-negotiable)

Flexibility to work

half terms, bank holidays, and key hospitality uplifts

Proven experience in a similar management or senior chef role Calm under pressure, with a strong, hands-on leadership style A genuine team player who leads from the front
