About Fresh Fuel Bar:

Fresh Fuel Bar is one of Manchester's most talked-about food brands. We serve restaurant-quality meals in a box. Everything we serve is fresh to order, full of flavour, and delivered with pace and energy. We're expanding to Ancoats and looking for confident, reliable individuals to help bring the brand to life behind the pass.

We are looking to bring on a Kitchen Manager to help the day-to-day running of our kitchen and support our GM.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a chef and kitchen manager is a requirement

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with eat in and delivery platforms. Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers alike. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control. Implement and uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance.
