We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations within our Popular Venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a talented team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. This is a great role for an up and coming Chef to take control of a good kitchen. Pizza experience is a must

Duties

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality and presentation Oversee all aspects of food production, including preparation, cooking, and plating Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimise kitchen operations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and foster a positive working environment

Experience

Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene Experience supervising teams of chefs or kitchen staff with strong leadership skills Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure

Tips and Bonus scheme on top of basic salary
