Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to consistently deliver

high-quality food and flawless service

Drive outstanding

customer satisfaction

, ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived Take full ownership of kitchen operations, standards, and performance Proactively support the business --

Build a confident, knowledgeable, and motivated kitchen team Coach, train, support, and manage staff to achieve exceptional results Thrive in a

Level 5 EHO, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards

at all times Oversee
