We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, cooking, and kitchen management. As the Kitchen Manager, you will lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and implement menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards. Handle customer feedback effectively to enhance dining experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar supervisory position within the restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving. Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Barista experience is a plus but not essential.
