The Kitchen Manager will support the Catering Manager with the day to day running of a large catering department which serves up to 600 meals per day spread over breakfast through to afternoon tea.

The office also has vending on site and there is also a requirement for executive hospitality and working lunches. As the Kitchen Manager you will be required to produce a wide range of costed menus, surprise and delight with specials and themed days.

The role is front facing and you will be able to engage with the team on site to ensure the customer requirements are met. Customer service is key, along with implementing financial and stock controls. All elements of food hygiene and food safety are a priority and being able to support and elevate a highly skilled team is essential. You will be able to lead, manage and coach the team, and always lead by example along with completing rotas and scheduling.

• Rate of pay \xc2\xa312.50 Per Hour
• Working days 5 on a rota basis- earliest start time 7;00am latest finish 7:00 pm

Qualifications

• Sous Chef (or KM) Experience in a high volume site
• Experience with working and supervising a team
• Amazing organisation and planning skills
• Stock and cash management
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
